Took my 2011 Prius in. Got side swiped and they pretty much had to replace the whole side of the car. Two new doors etc. The other guys insurance paid for it. Got the car back yesterday. Looks better than when I bought it (ok that may sound like an exaggeration - but it looks absolutely perfect). They discovered an interior dent and dealt directly with the other insuance company to get a supplemental. The car was detailed and was simply perfect.\r

Overall, they are honest, very responsive and I was extremely happy with everything. I recomment them
