I wish I would have seen the reviews on Yelp before I called these guys. I had seen other reviews raving about the place and thought I found a winner. But they are not a winner. We needed a motion light replaced, no wiring needed, just a new light put in. I was quoted $175 to $225 which seemed reasonable and I figured it would be the $175 since it was an easy fix. They came out, spent 20 minutes, ignored the fact that we already had bulbs and charged us for new ones. And then charged the $225. So how would I get the $175 if for 20 minutes work they charged the max amount?\r

I called to ask and first was told they'd call back in 5 minutes. Two days later I called again to get a number that no longer was in service. Then Mike called me back and I tried to ask him and was repeatedly talked over and my question basically ignored. He wouldn't let me finish and I ended up just hanging up because obviously he didn't care about me anymore, he already had my money.\r

I would NEVER use these guys again and I would advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. They are overpriced, ignorant, and one of the worst experiences I've had with a service company.\r

Also, to use a credit card, they charge you even more so again look elsewhere and save yourself money and stress because these guys are terrible.
