WORST HOA IVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH. HORRIBLE. The manager, Ken, is very rude and insensitive. For example, he told a woman there that ""You latin women are always so overly emotional"" and mocked her when she brought up concerns that many of the other residents had about 2 GATORS coming out of the lake into the neighborhood where children play which he did nothing about. One of the residents was moving into an apt and he came yelling at them saying ""HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE DOING!"" Screaming like an animal at these poor people just helping someone move. Apparently they went half an hr past the ridiculous moving time which is only allowed from 8 am to 6 pm weekdays and you can't move in on weekends. Thats right, you have to actually take a day off of work just to move there. Ken is a HORRIBLE manager and should not be allowed in a position of authority of ANYTHING. There is even a petition going around The Courts to get rid of the man. But I'm not sure if that will do any good because HIS WIFE IS THE PRESIDENT. Stay away from The Courts if you have any self respect!
