Review content:
I kept my boat on the hard there last winter into the summer so I could make repairs. I was told that land storage was $145 per month to which I agreed. I was also told that I would be sent a contract to sign in the mail. I never received the contract and I inquired about it twice over the winter. I was always told that they would send it out. When I was ready to launch my boat in the summer of 2013, I went to pay the balance due on the account (had to put down half on haul out and the other half on splash). When reviewing my bill, I noticed that they charged me $300 PER MONTH for the last two month. I asked Lyn about the charges and she told me to refer to my contract (which I reminded her I never received) as it was stated that during the summer months the land storage goes to $300 per month from $145 per month (talk about a bad business model). She would not take off the charges, and I had no choice but to pay them since they would not splash my boat until I did. Please beware of this...they lost a loyal customer over $310. I will never go there again for any of my boating needs.\r
