Review content:
Toppers does not always put the customer first. Their attitude and demeanor is unnecessarily haughty, especially when you *think* they would be focused entirely on the well-being of the customer in a pampering business. They rush through services, leaving you to know they're watching the clock and ready to move you onto the conveyor belt of services. Massage was adequate but nothing special. They were not particularly helpful when describing services, and did not speak to me or my spouse when we came into the reception area. There are too many wonderful spas to choose from in Philly to ever bother with Toppers again. Not ""tops"" in my book.
