I relocated and the gym would not cancel my membership. I talked to the corporate offices in addition to Katie McGrory (Gym manager) and neither would let me out of my membership. When i tried to transfer my membership to another golds gym, they would not let me transfer my membership and told me i had to get a new membership in addition to the one at Dorsett Rd. The staff is very rude and not welcoming. Machines are always dirty and broken. There is never any maintenance staff around so the restrooms and lockers smell like urine. The toilets are always clogged with feces visible. I would not recommend going to this golds gym or any other golds gyms. Their corporate practices to ""steal"" customers funds and maintain their facilities is well below what customers should expect from a gym.
