The folks at Phoenix Motor Company made my experience of buying my first Mercedes a great one. Like the cars they sell PMC staff provided ""World Class"" Service. Bruce who greeted me when I arrived was friendly and knowledgeable - not pushy or pretentious. Roger who sold me my car was interested in me and the car best suited to my needs. He was professional and courteous - he also knew his product line. Roger made the experience of buying from their dealership very enjoyable. Even their finance department was pleasant to work with. The folks at PMC are definitely one big happy family and it makes me feel good to buy from them. I know I will be a loyal PMC customer for years to come. As the Germans would say ""Vielen Dank"" or many thanks to PMC.
