I never wanted to try PT, because it seemed like it would be so much work. Finally I got to the point that I was in excrutiating pain starting in my neck and going all he way down to my toes from my own bad posture and a sedentary job. My doctor recommended CH PT, because ""they work with patiens to strengthen them and keep them healthy"". I liked the sounds of that philosophy, so I made the call. I am learning so much about my bad habits. I even learned that I walk all wrong. My PT, Margo, is amazing. She is very kind, funny and has an amazing knowledge base. Yes, it is work, but it is worth it. And an hour goes by quickly laughing with Margo as I feel like a first grader learning how to read. Thanks so much to Dr. Russell for referring me and to CH Therapy for being AWESOME!!
