Review content:
Nice grounds. Good bar. After several visits I thought this would be a good place to bring my coworkers so we could hit some balls at the driving range, then grab a few drinks after a long week at work. Worse choice ever! The grey haired chubby man in the pro shop has absolutely no customer service skills… either that or he is just old and senile. On one visit, the waitress in the bar was nice enough to give us plastic cups so that we could take our drinks to the putting green. Having placed them on the picnic table about 5 feet away, right next to our golf gear, the golf Grinch comes marching out yelling that we can’t leave our drinks there when we are done. Okay, thanks, but we weren’t planning to. Every time I have gone in the pro-shop to buy balls for the range, he can barely crack a smile, nor murmur a thanks. The pro-shop doesn’t close until nine, and on another visit, I got there around 8 and the man refused to rent me a bucket of balls. “oh, it is getting dark and we are already cleaning up.’’ Maybe they should change their hours then and the Grinch should schedule in eye exam. It’s the middle of summer and stays light til 10. With this kind of service –or lack there of – I would rather be at work. Needless to say, I will take my business to another course where they don’t treat their customers like unwanted step-children
