Awful experience. Had my first body wrap ever with Christine. The wrap itself wasn't that bad, but the owner (Christine) talks the ENTIRE time! She doesn't give you any chance to relax. She goes on and on about how she's been in business for 20 years and has over 100 clients (she gives names and everything which in my opinion is extremely unprofessional) and she's exclusive provider of these wraps and she gives you the whole story about how she bought her second machine and on and on she goes for the full 30 minutes. Now granted, I did lose quite a few inches, however they were accompanied by side effects and when I called her regarding them and saying that I didn't want to do another wrap, she criticized me for not listening to her and respecting her professional opinion and coming in for ANOTHER wrap. Why on earth would I pay to have another wrap and pay for another day of misery? She is adamant that I didn't dehydrate, however, I work in the medical field and I'm quite familiar with the signs and symptoms of dehydration, and I also happen to have the common sense to know that there will be a degree of dehydration that occurs after sweating as much as I did. I refused to come back and she left me very nasty voicemail messages again criticizing me for not listening to her (nevermind my comfort or personal feelings). Her shop is very old and rundown and not in the best part of town. I thought I would have some privacy but no. You're right in the same room as the other clients getting wrapped, as well as in plain view of everyone who walks through the door. The whole experience was uncomfortable, but the worst part was when I told her I needed a refund for the unused wraps and she told me that the price per wrap was 400% more than what I had agreed upon. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.
