Review content:
My son had the most horrifying and traumatizing experience that you can think of. It was his first visit and the assistant was COMPLETELY RUDE with him. She YELLED at him and shook him while she and the other nurse were holding him down (yes, he was SCREAMING) They both started saying things to him that instead of soothing him they were making him more mad. One of the assistant literally told him TO SHUT UP!!! I will make sure they get no REFERRALS from me or anyone I know, and I know a LOT of people. Its sad that just because they are consider ""professionals"" you should think they are doing things right, but they are not. I was willing to help her with my son but I didn't realize that it involved violence and yelling. It has been a very rough day for everyone including myself. Thought they would have more experience and patience with toddlers or first time visitors.
