Review content:
I went to pick up the vehicle that was there and they've misplaced all the engine bolts, who knows where the alternator went, and they were mixed in with parts from another car that was there. After years of trying to convince others that they should use this guy a little more often, I am complete 180 now and will recommend people to stay away from this business. I've heard stories about the overpricing of this place, but can't elaborate due to it being hear-say. My best advice is...if you don't have a transmission problem, don't take your car to a transmission shop. Apparently my unexpected visit to the shop was too much for him to handle, though I was under the impression that he knew I was on my way there, both from contact the night before, and my call before arriving which was received by the office gal.
