Review content:
Do not go to Valley View Vision in Centuria for your eye care needs. The staff rarely gets orders correct, and refuses to remedy their errors when they are at fault. I have been battling back and forth to get the Transition lenses that I ordered in my glasses, and finally just asked for my money back which they REFUSED to do. They also will not release my medical records until this is resolved, which it won't be until I GET MY MONEY BACK. I have filed a case with the Better Business Bureau of WI in hopes to get satisfaction. Save your money and your headache and drive the extra few miles to Wal-Mart!
