I moved into the apartments on Cone St. in Blackfoot not too long before Jacob Grant took over the property. At the time I was kicking myself for choosing such a place, there was trash on the dead lawn, and rather shady neighbors. I almost decided to just deal with breaking the lease just to get out of there. That's when Jacob Grant Property Management took over and things changed very quickly. They made improvements to the property and took care of all the riff raff living there so that now I have much more pleasant neighbors to live around. I think the most important change though has been the high degree of communication, from rent payments, maintenance, and so on, all became very clear and concise and professional, which before all this was at an absurd level to pretty much non existent. Since Jacob Grant took over they have been completely professional and I am so grateful for all they have done for this property and the excellent service they have been providing.
