Review content:
For 10 years I have preferred RMW over taking my Toyota's to the dealer. I first made the decision to do that after Kearny Mesa Toyota delivered my '99 Camry and at least 4 things on their own checklist had not even been serviced as attested to by their own service mgr. after attempting to deliver the car. They also tried to fight to keep a $230 charge which they told me was for a CA required upgraded A/C system using an environmentally friendly new Freon which they never installed nor ever intended to install on my then new '94 Pickup. I fought them over this for months to get a refund. Toyota builds damn good cars, but my experience has been that their dealerships are pushy, high pressure outfits who are driven by their mgmt to meet unreasonable profit goals at their customer's expense. No more for us. Ramona Motor Works has been a welcome pleasure from those phoney suits that stand around their dealerships like vultures waiting for their next victim. Frank, Sal, Jason and Torrey and their newer team members are like dealing with family. Honest, professional, trustworthy, fair and a real pleasure to work with. I plan to continue taking our new RAV4 to RMW for the life of the car.
