Scotts Lawn Service out of the Rancho Cordova Office makes a mockery of professional lawn care. There is absolutely nothing professional about it. Beware.\r
After 6 Visit and $250.00 bucks later our lawns looked the worst in 5 years. After contacting their Rancho Cordova Office twice to voice my frustration I was basically told I was an idiot in condescending terms (very long on arrogance). You know the type.. Amazing! These guys will gladly take your money. They do not keep records on your property, complaints, phone calls, previous conversations regarding your lawn. I have been using Scotts products for Years... I believe it is more of this Franchises ""Anything for Buck"" and the ""Customer is Always Wrong"" approach to business that spoiled what would have otherwise been a win/win situation. The good news is that we went with one of Scott's Competitors and within 30 days our lawns are back on track..weeds abated, lusciously green, eyesore gone...really! Should have pulled the plug earlier.
