This is Drs. Hester and Ross of Derm Associates. We stongly object to being called racists! First, Dr. Hester was called in to see the patient in order to get her a second opinion, to give her the highest quality care possible. If she let us know she was uncomfortable, we would have immediately offered a heartfelt apology, but nothing was said.The rest of the statements were either never said or misquoted. The patient did not get the cream she wanted because it was not medically correct to use in her situation. To call us racist is the furthest thing from the truth.
