Was called by Ken Smith, a manager, to ask when I would be able to start paying on a debt that I owe. As I began to explain why I could not start paying as of this moment, he hung up on me! I called back and asked why he hung up, his response was, ""I don't know."" I asked to speak to the owner numerous times, Mr. Ron Gotti. Apparently they do not let anyone speak with him. He needs to know how rude and disrespectful his employees are. If they contact you be prepared to be talked down to.
