The dealership knowingly sold me my vehicle, with prior knowledge vehicle defaults..
When contacted, Autos Direct Online, refused to work with me on any level, in regards to correcting the problem. My emails went without response. Every time I attempted to call, I got the runaround or no answer.
FINALLY I spoke to the owner himself. He stated ""You signed an As-Is contract, there's nothing you can do; go ahead and try to sue me! I've had over 100 lawsuits filed against me and have won them all...good luck!"".. then abruptly hung up on me.
If that isn't unprofessional, I don't know what is.
Be VERY wary. AVOID. Save your self the hassle as well as save your $$.
