Review content:
The service was almost excellent. I requested a windshield wiper replacement, but the request was ignored or forgotten. The most disturbing part of the experience was the waiting room. I realize there is no way windows can work there, but the lighting has to be evaluated and made to be human friendly. It looks like there are two 40 watt florescent light bulbs in the fixtures. Just changing the bulbs to a warmer welcoming color would be a start. It is like the Bates Motel in there. Take some pride in your place and respect for the customer's comfort.
