Terrible! So disappointed in Swim-Mor. We thought being family owned, they would take pride in doing the job right. We liked and trusted Chris who sold us the pool. Some of their crews were hard working but management is dismissive and unconcerned about their customer. He made constant excuses, told us things that didn't work were fine - without ever sending anyone to see if there was a problem. We signed contract in Oct., pool was dug in Feb. and it is now September and we are still trying to get it done. Our calls aren't returned, people don't show as scheduled and their sub-contractors are unethical. I saw some of the other reviews but Swim-Mor convinced me these were ""isolated incidents"" with ""unreasonable"" people. I guess I'm unreasonable too. I expected they would do the job that they were paid to do and that when they said 6 weeks to complete, it didn't mean 7 months and counting. I was afraid to write a negative review as they carry our ""warranty"" but since I can't get them to finish the pool, I'm sure I'll never see them for anything that falls under the warranty. It will probably expire before my pool contract is even complete. Don't make the same mistake we did....
