Review content:
Take your car somewhere else!! My girlfriend’s car broke down on the way to the lake, so AAA towed us to this repair shop. We did know it was the alternator that was shot and possibly more, but when we were quoted $270 for just the part (not including labor) from O'Reilly, we knew we were about to get taken for a ride. They must have thought we had stupid written across our foreheads. We decided not to go with their service and had the car towed home. We went to O'Reilly's and got the part we needed for $170 ""which was their most expensive"" and did the work ourselves. Fortunately that was the only problem and the car was fixed for under $200. We can’t help but wonder how much the total would have been for overpriced part markups and possibly work they never even did. Do yourself a big favor to your checkbook and stay away!!
