I rent a house and in this rental house I have pets. And sometimes my pets have accidents. Often times I am unaware of these accidents until my room smells like a kennel. I needed carpet cleaners. I chose Peace Frog based on all the wonderful reviews, and I am delighted to be able to add my own to that already long list. From scheduling to the actual appointment, and to the follow up correspondence, Peace Frog has cheerfully exceeded my highest expectations. Sarabeth was great with getting me scheduled with the services I needed, and when Josh arrived to do the work, he was on time, easy going, and went far beyond what I was expecting to ensure the best possible results. He wasn't in a hurry, and made it a point to do an incredibly thorough job. I was embarrassed about my icky carpet, and he put me at ease. When it was all done, I got a coffee mug with their awesome frog on it-- this may not be a big deal to many, but I have a thing for coffee mugs. I love them. So it was a super treat for me. I have already recommended them to several people with an exuberant endorsement. They will certainly be who I call next time.
