I called your company on Friday 6/14/13 at 7:30 am and spoke to you about a problem\r
I was having with a run of outlets that went out after my attempt to install a new ceiling fan.\r
You were more than polite listening to my problem and said you were going to send a man out\r
within the hour. \r
Jason showed up as scheduled , and was polite and informative to what the problem was.\r
Made me feel better about my attempt and informed me I did nothing wrong it is just that the\r
wiring in my 1921 home is cloth wrapped and shorted out when I went to stuff the wiring back\r
in the housing area and got a bare spot.\r
His partner Dan also came and between the two , the problem was fix, straight away and with \r
all outlets + fan working wonderfully!!! \r
Thank you for taking the time to help, I know my small job is not much, but you made me \r
feel that I am as important as the next big jobs....\r
I have use you in the past and will refer you to others with no hesitation.\r
