I have found their staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I have checked out after 5 before and have never been made to feel like I was imposing on their personal time. After all, it was after 5 and everyone wants to go home. I work in the customer service field and find that any time money is involved, the customer seems to always feel hounded. Everyone has a job to do and no matter how friendly they are, collecting money is never easy. I have dealt with the business office regarding money and found them to be very compassionate and accommodating. The doctors make us all feel part of the family. The entire office is wonderful and we feel blessed to go there. The healthcare there is EXCELLENT
