I bought an 8 by 11 rug and a runner. It took almost 3 weeks for the large rug and after waiting another 3 weeks for the runner I contacted them. They had not even ordered the runner ! I had to wait an additional 3-5 days as a result. So, it took 1 1/2 months to get two stinking rugs...expensive rugs at that. If I didn't want the runner after waiting 1 1/2 months and instead wanted my money back, they would charge me a %25 re-storage fee ! What nonsense ! Don't bother with this place. Go to Target or buy it on line and save yourself some money and a headadche.
Pros: plenty of rugs
Cons: long wait/high prices/lousy service
