I brought my mac laptop to Cheapest Computer Fix for a new battery. It took them 13 days to repair and return my laptop. Instead of giving me a new battery, they gave me a refurbished battery. They did additional damage to my computer. I had to bring my laptop to a different service provider to get it working again. I'm in the process of filling suit. During the entire experience, they were unprofessional.
