Review content:
Shady. I was referred to this company by another repair company that didnt repair my brand of washer. At first they were prompt, but, they stated that because my machine was a Samsung, the labor was more than most washers. The day of the actual repair, it took the technician 20 minutes start to finish. At the end, I paid $345 plus tax for a $75 dollar part that took 2 weeks to arrive. I later found that same part online for $40. I will be looking for another company next time.
