I was driving down in the French Quarter looking for a parking spot and a Motion Transportation van was behind me. He grew impatient as I wasn't going the speed limit since I was looking for parking. This guys decides to turn on his bright lights( now I can barely see). I continue to try to park and he starts flashing his bright lights at me and at this point I can barley see. If this guy is not concerned about other peoples safety I wouldn't recommend taking a ride with this guy. They also have a comment above about him taking peoples money without service. A real winner here. The number on his van is CPNC GC_07 LPSC7380. If you do decided to take your chance good luck.
