This branch (Key West, FL) has some serious management issues. The staff overturn is huge. Every time I shop here there is a new confuse young girl behind the register that is not sure what she is doing. Once an item did not want to scan so the girl told me I cannot buy it - it turns out she did not know how to manually put in a code. That is lack of training and guidance! Another example, I went in for labor day weekend for the sale. They only had two cash registers open with incredible long long lines. The clerks was two girls (about 19) trying to deal with the stress while being poorly trained. One cash register started to stop printing receipts and these poor girls did not know what to do while management is no where in sight while customers are visibly getting angry. How can you run a labor day weekend sale with only two cash registers!!! Another girl that just finished her shift on the register end up leaving in tears. Kmart corp needs to look into the management of this branch because if they are going to continue like this they are going to close down very very soon.
