Review content:
I have lived @ Portside for about a year and I like it, overall. The pool is great and the neighbors mostly keep to themselves, like I do. There are tons of kids of all ages to play with my children and are mostly very good kids!! A few drawbacks: they will ""force mow"" your lawn if you get behind (No yard maintenance!!!) and then charge you $50. They put all notices on the doors which I almost never get until its too late due to wind and rain. They will not accept partial rent payment if late and charge $50 on the 6th and $5 everyday thereafter, and even if you notify you will be late they still send a legal letter discussing eviction. On these issues the office can be quite inflexible. But the entrance is lovely and the grounds well kept, overall, except there is no net at the tennis court. I consider Portside a temporary residence but I am in no hurry to move! I would recommend it!
