Review content:
This is the worst termite company ever. I don’t know how they stay in business. I talked to someone there and they took down incorrect information. One the day of the inspection the person refused to do the job. I spoke to someone else back at the office. They told me I lied to them, treated me rudely, and threatened to cancel the job, I was shocked. I have been through many termite inspections and have never been spoken to like that. I asked to speak to the manager and it turns out I WAS SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER!. Completely unprofessional he extorted money from me then and there because I had no time to reschedule. I stupidly paid them on the spot, and basically wound up throwing my money away. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. They can not possibly stay in business much longer. DO NOT USE THEM.
