My husband and I enjoyed shopping at Christian photo; they have great stuff! They also do a fine job developing film. We were very happy with their services until they lost our $400 camera! This wouldn't have been such a big deal and I probably would have gone back to do business with them again, but they didn't just lose it, they made excuse after excuse (not wanting to remedy the problem) and then treated us like WE did something wrong! I know pretty hard to believe...wondering how they could turn it on us right? They did and if you don't believe me, just wait until it happens to you. Things with Christian Photo are great until they mess up.
Pros: Good Merchandise
Cons: Terrible Customer Service Especially When Things Go Wrong
