Review content:
Been going since I was a kid. Still have gone because even though the service isn't great, the food is. However tonight my boyfriend and I went, and he ordered a root beer. He finished it off during the long wait for our food and was playing with the straw in the ice. He turns to me saying ""Honey....."" and I look over to see a pubic hair perched on the straw. We looked at each other not sure what to do, then tried to call for the waitress. She didn't respond so my boyfriend got up trying to talk to her and the manager came over asking what the problem was. We showed him. His comment was ""That's.... awkward,"" and he offered to upsize my boyfriend's drink. We sat there for a moment looking at each other but I was so put off my food we decided to leave. We let the manager know and he asked if we wanted the food to go. We said no, we just were going to leave, to which his comment was ""Just so you know, that hair doesn't match any of our coworkers."" Being that it was a pubic hair, I'm seriously not sure how he would know that. Seriously grossed out at this point, we went elsewhere. At this point it's going to be awhile till we go back (if ever).
