Pros: It turns out they are knowledgeable and competent, they had enough staff, they were well-supplied, they shared technological diagnostic information, they were clean enough, they provided excellent (expensive) large animal transportation (stretcher/pick-up truck) navigating stairs easily, they respected their own "pecking order", they all got along, they pace their work, they have a family-style waiting room, and the office manager is a little gentler than she looks. They were good about advising of and consulting about progressive fees. They tried to keep expenses down. They really are open 24/7. They let me pre-pay in part the night before to make things easier the next day. The paperwork was short.\r
