My parents have lived in CRV assisted living for almost 2 years and I am currently in the process of finding them a different place to move. The ""care coordinator"" of the assisted living residents does not answer emails or return phone calls, and totally ignores family members. I have been trying for over 2 months to schedule an appointment for my parents care planning (case conference) which was due 3 months ago, and our emails and phone calls to both the administrator and the care coordinator in regard to this have been totally ignored. And when you go onsite looking for them you can't find them. The only thing good about CRV is that the caregivers on the floor who interact with my parents every day are very caring and kind girls. However I wouldn't advise placing your relative here.
Pros: Caregivers in the assisted living are very kind
Cons: Administration won't communicate with you
