Review content:
Receptionist/Manager, aka Sandra has poor customer service skills. I took a set of glasses to be updated to this business. My glasses had reusable NIKON lenses that I have used for 2 change of prescription already, this would have been the 3rd. To my discontent, they informed me they did not have the proper equipment to do so. Since my new insurance was accepted here I proceeded to have them replace the lenses, as long as I could keep my NIKON lenses; they agreed. Needless to say, their new lenses were so poorly set to my prescription, I simply asked they return them to the initial state they were in and call it a day. They could not find my NIKON lenses; I gave them a few days to rectify the situation and locate my lenses. No results, I finally returned to pick up my glasses. They were fitted with a mismatch set of lenses; one transition lens one generic lens. After a bit of arguing, Sandra throws the glasses at me and exclaims ""those are YOUR lenses!"". Of course she is the Doctor's daughter so the Doctor never found out about it. Al I have received is grief, loss of time and perfectly good glasses. What rip offs! Could not even offer an apology. Just confrontation, since I am a senior, she thought she could intimidate me. Beware!
