I am sad to see how offended people get when their items are not accepted. I love KP because I know I am buying quality, clean used merchandise for a lot less. I consign with them very frequently and while I sometimes disagree with them not taking an item to consign, I realize that they have very high standards and they KNOW what sells better than I do. I would rather they turn my item down so I can give it away than have to come back for it in 3 mo because it never stood a chance of selling. While Josh and Paula may seem harsh, they only have high standards, they are kind and truly care about their customers.
