Review content:
Seems like a common problem on this page is that the fact that many of us own freezers which give up at one point or another i.e. fail to freeze. I am not sure whether it is because we all have the same brand or not. Anyway, my freezer stopped freezing. I gave John a call and he knew what the problem was straight away (I described in length down the phone!). As he knew the problem in advance he turned up, fixed it, and everything was done within the hour. That my friends is what I call service!
