Review content:
I've been a resident for two years and overall its been a very good experience. The apartments are newly constructed and the nicest complex you will find in the area. The location is close to all the shopping centers off of powers and also a very easy commute to Peterson AFB, a bonus if you are military. The apartments themselves are modern with nice touches such as vaulted ceilings and darkwood cabinets. The helpful staff was the best part of the complex. Any time I had a maintenance issue, it was quickly addressed and fixed and the staff very friendly and helpful. Christina in particular goes out of her way to assist residents. There were a few small issues like noise but the staff mostly took care of that and sometimes the parking can get full on weekend nights. Other than those small issues, overall everything else was great and if you are looking to rent in the area, these are the apartments to choose.
