Review content:
I have been going to this hospital for about 5 yrs now and have had nothing but good experiences with Dr Bartlett. I consider myself to be a good client. I do what is reccommended and I take good care of my pets. I happen to have an emergency with one of my dogs and without thinking I immediately drove over to Columbia Animal Hospital since it was near 7am. I was greeted by a receptionist who was extremely concerned about my dog and told me that Dr Greenberg was there and she would get him. A few minutes later she returned to the exam room and explained that the dr could not see me and she gave me directions to PETS emergency clinic. My pet ended up dying in my lap on the way to PETS. I received a call from Dr Bartlett apologizing for what had happened. I did not blame Dr Bartlett because I know that he would have seen me had he been there that morning instead of Dr Greenberg. I also received flowers from the staff at the hospital and Dr Bartlett. I still take my pets to Columbia Anima
