Beware! I used this company in 2010 with good results so I used them again this spring for a bathroom remodel. After the countertop was installed, the installers did not ask me to check it before they left and said I did not need to sign anything. I then saw they installed their own sinks instead of the ones I provided, and the granite surface was scratched. I called about these issues and they sent out a tech who broke out their sinks and installed mine. He worked on the scratches and put sealer on them so it looked fine wet but when it dried, the scratches came back. I called again and someone else came out to look at it; he even made a template because he thought we might need a new countertop made (which I don't really want). I have called the sales person several times and she has not gotten me an answer. The last time we spoke, she said they think my contractor scratched the granite; I maintained that did not happen so she said she would check further and call back the next business day, July 1. I have not heard anything since and she has not returned my call.
