Review content:
As of January 11, 2013, we have dined as a family at this location twice in the last 6 weeks, and I have done a curbside pickup. This brand is brand spanking new in this area, featuring a Caribbean inspired menu - a rarity, especially on a national restaurant chain level. This is a new structure built in the parking lot of the extensively renovated Bergen Town Center, formerly the outdated ghost town of Paramus that was called the Bergen Mall.\r \r Bahama Breeze just opened in Fall 2012 and shares this perch along the eastbound roadside of the mercilessly busy Route 4 corridor with it's sister eatery, the much more well known Olive Garden. Olive Garden is also making an appearance in an area that does not have another one for miles around. The Darden corporate conglomerate owns many national chains and have worked in recent years to polish up the punchline image that such establishments used to invoke. The refreshing menu selection makes this a popular addition to the local offering
