I just moved here in May and took over this place. I have COPD and I ended up with what they call an exacerbation and ended up in the hospital. I had to be very careful; I was on oxygen and couldn't go out. People who are on oxygen can't deal with the heat. So when the air conditioning wasn't functioning shortly after I got home, I called Diamond Heating and Cooling as well as another company who said they were 24/7.
The woman from Diamond Heating and Cooling was the only one who answered the phone before 8 a.m. and the only one who told me they would be out today for sure. And they were. They did what they could to keep the unit running and then I purchased a new set because this one was 20-years-old.
Diamond Heating and Cooling did what was promised. I would absolutely recommend them. I was in a world of hurt and would have had to go to a motel. That was very, very nice of them. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and informative. They didn't leave you guessing; they told you exactly what they were going to do.
