I went here to have my 3 yr old & 15 mo old seen because they both had severe colds. There was no one waiting to see the doctor yet we had to wait 30 mins in the lobby & another 10 in the room. The facility is very nice, but the woman at the front desk was very rude & stuck up. The doctor wouldn't even make eye contact with me & left the room for 15 mins to make a phone call to see what dosing for children should be, not what I expected from a health care professional. Glad he checked, but didn't think a doctor should have to. The nurse was very nice, but it took her 35 mins to call in the prescription for my children. I had to call the facility back (while waiting at the pharmacy) & leave a message for her because she was "away from her desk". After waiting for her to call it in they still had the dosing wrong so I had to wait another 30 mins (with 2 sick children) at the pharmacy just for them to get the dosing corrected. Good thing I have a great pharmacist that caught these mistake
