Review content:
We have bought three cars form Apple Ford. Very satisfied with the cars; 2002 Escape, 2010 Mercury Milan, 2011 Mercury Mariner. Pleasant sales staff, friendly service staff. However,,,\r
When we purchased the 2002 Escape we were told that there was "free oil changes for life". The honored the first oil change but none after that. When I discussed this with the general manager of Apple Ford he said the Free for Life program did not start until 2004. My wife and I both recall that when we purchased the Escape were were assured that there would be free oil changes for life. The dealership refused to commit to what we were told in 2002.\r
I cannot understand why a company would jeopardize the relationship of a repeat customer for the cost of $30 oil change.\r
Will I be buying car from Apple Ford in the future? Not likely. I am totally amazed at there unwillingness to keep a repeat customer satisfied.
