Packard auto Transmission Service ROCKS! I waited a few weeks before I posted a review because I wanted to make sure everything that KC said checked out, and it all did :) I came in with a transmission issue - my car is not so happy getting into 3rd gear. KC said that to fully repair the issue he would have to take my entire transmission apart and it would be quite expensive (no thank you), but that he could do some other things to make the gear shift smoother, but that it would take a few weeks to fully kick in. I went for it, waited a few weeks for it to steadily make progress, and it certainly has. KC is an honest and personable person. He treated me respectfully and took the time to diagnose my car issue, explain all the options, and fixed it to my liking. He even gave me a sweet pen with a flashlight!!! If you are having transmission issues, definitely visit Packard auto /Transmissions. they are trustworthy and really good at it . I can't recommend this place enough, if you need any kind of transmission service this is the place.
