Review content:
We had a horrible experience with The Rochester Laser Spa and have been treated with nothing but disrespect by the owners. We are currently taking them to small claims court to get a refund for the $1,770 they charged us for laser hair removal on my daughter. After 23 painful treatments, she has just as much hair as the day we walked in. Not only that, they burned her and denied it, claiming it was ""hyperpigmentation."" Luckily I took her to a dermatologist and had her treated otherwise she would have scarred. Now, they are claiming that the laser treatments aren't working because my daughter has Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome! How ridiculous! My advice to anyone considering going to this VERY dishonest and dangerous establishment is to run the other direction.
