Do not use this company they do not stand behind their work or employees! Warranty work done in my home was disturbing. The aggressive nature to pull out my bottom freezer drawer was cringe worthy, not to mention putting it back into place. Took a fully loaded freezer (approx. 100 lbs) and shoved it in and out several times to get it to come out then placed it on my kitchen rug; the drawers slide and hit my cupboards. He proceeded to use a rubber mallet to remove ice build up on the bottom. Dropped several tools while in my home. Then he picked up the freezer drawer and put it back, by slamming it in and out several times all while the side arms were swinging out and very unstable. When the gentleman (ha ha he was a nice guy, but gentle NO) was finished and left, there was a crack in my refrigerator on the bottom just above where he was working. It is made of plastic and obviously couldn't stand the stress of the work being done on the unit. So there is a crack. Since a part had to be ordered, another guy came out to replace the grommet. I told him on the phone before coming to my home what had happened. He said I'll take a look at it. He came in took a pic then needed to use the phone in my driveway for 20 minutes. I didn't realize he was contacting my warranty company to see if they would cover the crack because it is cosmetic and is not covered. He told me ""that couldn't have possible happened""! Then I was irritated! So, they come in to fix one thing and leave my stainless steel refrigerator in worse condition then they left. Nice customer service!
