After visiting their store on a few occasions shopping for a wedding dress I finally ?settled? on a wedding dress. I felt pressured to get a dress on order as the sales assistant mentioned several times that I really needed to get a dress ordered to avoid rush fees. I placed the required 70% deposit of $619.44 down on a dress and signed the receipt, this happened on April 27th, 2011 at approx. 8:15pm (the store closed at 8:00pm). As I drove home I cried all the way knowing that I was pressured and this was definitely not a dress I loved. When I got home at approx. 9:30pm (66 mile drive home) I immediately called Jinny?s and left a detailed voicemail to ?not order the dress?. The following afternoon the sales assistant ?young Marina? (there are 2 Marina?s that work at the store and they refer to one as ?Young Marina?) called me confirming they received my voicemail to not order the dress and I told her that I would be back in the following week to look at some other
